The honest truth about most testimonial videos

Most B2B testimonial videos never move a deal forward.

They sit on a case studies page nobody visits, get stitched into a webinar loop, and quietly disappear. Here's why — and what we do differently.

01

The crew doesn't understand B2B

Wedding-trained videographers capture beautiful light, not pipeline-moving answers. Your customer rambles. Your editor has nothing to work with.

02

One long video, zero distribution

A single 5-minute master delivered in month three is a vanity asset. Sales needs 60-second proof points they can drop into outbound and ABM this week.

03

No guarantee on the key moments

You send a crew to your customer's office, they say something brilliant — and the sound guy's battery died. We contractually guarantee the key moments or the revision round is free.

Recent work

The style of testimonial that actually gets used.

Three examples shot for enterprise B2B brands. Every one of them is cut into a flagship story, three social cuts, and a handful of sales-ready extracts.

Easy for your customer to say yes

We designed the shoot so your customer doesn't lose their day.

The #1 reason B2B testimonials never happen isn't cost or legal — it's that your customer doesn't want to give up half a day for studio lights and twelve retakes. Here's how we keep it painless.

Shoot wherever your customer already is

Their office, their booth at a conference, an industry event, or a trade show floor. We come to them — no extra trip on their calendar, no "when can you come to Denver?" question you have to ask an already-busy customer.

On-site or remote — your call

If getting a crew to your customer isn't practical — different continent, tight calendar, sensitive facility — we run remote captures at broadcast quality. Same flagship case study, same social cuts, same story structure. You lose zero production value.

One hour of their time. Total.

From the handshake to the last question, most interviews wrap inside 60 minutes. No all-day hostage situation, no "can we grab another two hours tomorrow." We brief in advance, shoot efficiently, and get out of their office.

Small-footprint filming kit

Compact crew, quiet setup, no heat-throwing studio lights or dolly tracks. We fit in a standard conference room. Your customer's team barely notices we're there — their day-to-day keeps moving in the background.

Six guarantees we put in writing.

Enterprise video shoots are expensive. Here's how we take the risk off your desk.

Key moments, or the round is free

If we miss any scheduled key moment during the shoot, we add an extra edit round at no cost and refund 30% of the package.

A dedicated producer

One point of contact from kick-off to final delivery. No agency-style relay race, no "let me check with the editor".

On-camera clothing guide

A short, specific wardrobe brief for every spokesperson so nobody shows up in a logo polo the brand team will hate.

Same-day email response

1-hour response on shoot day. If something's on fire at 6am in Singapore, someone picks up.

Contingency crew within 24 hours

If your primary crew can't make it, a back-up team is on standby within 24 hours — anywhere we operate.

Deadlines in writing

All upload and edit deadlines are contractual. You can hand your CMO a date without crossing your fingers.

How it works

From kick-off call to delivered cuts in under a month.

1

Kick-off call

30 minutes with your producer to align on customer, story arc, key proof points and where the footage will actually run.

2

Local crew briefed

We dispatch a vetted local crew with your brand guide, question list and the shot plan agreed in the kick-off.

3

Shoot day

Interview, b-roll, and any office or product shots. Your producer is on Slack/email the whole day.

4

Edit & deliver

Flagship cut + 3 social clips delivered in 7 business days from final footage. Two rounds of revisions included.

FAQ

Questions we get on almost every call.

How much does a video testimonial cost?+
Most B2B testimonial projects with us land between a mid four-figure and low five-figure range per customer, depending on crew location, number of interview subjects, and whether you're on Essentials or Premium. We quote per project, not per day rate, so the number you see is the number you pay. A discovery call is the fastest way to get a concrete figure.
How much of my customer's time does this take?+
One hour on shoot day, in most cases. We brief them in advance over email and a 15-minute prep call, so when we arrive we can go straight into the interview. The filming kit is small and quiet — no studio lights, no dolly tracks, no multi-hour setup — which means we fit into a standard conference room and their team's day keeps running in the background.
Where can you shoot?+
Almost anywhere. We don't fly crews in — we have established local crews in 45+ countries across North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC and the Middle East. Most shoots happen at your customer's office, inside their booth at a conference, or on the floor at an industry event. If on-site isn't practical, we also run broadcast-quality remote captures. Tell us where your customer is and we'll confirm the logistics.
How long does the whole process take?+
From signed agreement to first delivery, most projects run three to four weeks. That typically breaks down as one week for pre-production and scheduling, the shoot itself, and seven business days of edit. Rush timelines are possible on Premium.
Who handles briefing the customer on what to wear and say?+
We do. Your producer sends the customer an on-camera clothing guide, a short question preview so they feel prepared but not scripted, and logistical details for shoot day. You don't have to play middleman.
Who owns the footage?+
You do. On delivery, you receive full ownership and usage rights to the final master files and all raw footage we agreed to license. Use them in paid campaigns, sales decks, web, events — wherever.
What if we need more than three social clips?+
Easy add-on. Additional cuts are priced per clip and usually take one to two business days each once the flagship edit is locked. We can also set up a monthly retainer if you're producing across multiple customer stories.
