At Get Camera Crew, we recognize that the film and video production industry has a significant environmental footprint. We are committed to leading the transition toward a climate-positive creative economy by implementing sustainable practices across our global network.

Our Core Commitments:

• Hyper-Local Staffing: Our primary sustainability strategy is our "Local-First" model. By hiring camera operators already based in shoot locations, we eliminate the need for international flights, drastically reducing CO2 emissions.
• Energy-Efficient Production: We prioritize the use of high-efficiency LED lighting (Aputure, Nanlite, ARRI) over traditional tungsten fixtures to minimize energy consumption on set.
• Digital-First Workflows: We reduce physical waste by utilizing paperless production folders and encouraging high-speed cloud-based rushes transfers to minimize the physical shipping of hard drives.
• Transport & Logistics: Where possible, our crews utilize electric or hybrid vehicles and public transportation for urban shoots. In dense cities like Amsterdam, we encourage the use of cargo bikes for equipment transport.
• Sustainability Guidance: We align our productions with the Green Film Rating System and the Dutch Green Filmmaking Project standards to ensure every shoot is as low-impact as possible.

Our Goal: To achieve a 30% reduction in production-related carbon emissions per project by the end of 2026.
