Ibiza is one of the more season-dependent shoot locations I work with, the place is two completely different cities depending on whether you arrive in May or in October.

Spanish is primary with Catalan and English widely used in tourism and production.

Crew pool is small locally with reach into Mallorca 30 minutes by air or Barcelona 1 hour.

High season July and August has restrictions on commercial filming in beach club zones, plan accordingly and I would honestly avoid those months unless the brief is specifically about the season.

Climate is Mediterranean, hot dry summers and mild winters, autumn is my preferred shoot window for clean light without crowds.

Hotel options in Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia handle international corporate clients well outside peak season.
