Preparing for a one-hour filming window
Following a customer case study shoot in Paris in December 2025, TELUS Health came back to us for the next installment, this time with a customer in Brussels. The half-day slot ran from midday to late afternoon, but the actual filming needed to happen inside a single hour, 2 to 3pm. That made time the most valuable resource on the entire shoot, every minute inside that hour had to count, because once it closed, there was no second chance to pick up what got missed.
Because this was a continuation of the Paris case study rather than a standalone piece, the approach carried over what had already worked: the same case study format, applied to a new customer story, so the two pieces would sit together as a consistent series rather than feeling like separate productions with different rules.
Consistency across the series
We treated the hour with exactly the respect it deserved, fully set up and ready before 2pm hit, so the crew could spend the entire window filming rather than preparing. That discipline is what let us deliver a clean, complete customer case study for TELUS Health out of a single precious hour, proof that a tight window, handled right, doesn't have to cost the production anything at all.
