Insights
Avalere Health needed two separate expert interviews filmed on the same day in Odense, one KOL in the morning, a second in the afternoon, both requiring the same clean, neutral studio look so the finished pieces would feel like a consistent set rather than two unrelated shoots stitched together after the fact.
That meant the job started well before the camera rolled. Get Camera Crew sourced and booked the studio space in Odense, a city that isn't a default production hub the way Copenhagen is, and built it out to spec: a neutral coloured backdrop, and a sound and lighting setup designed around the creative direction Avalere Health provided rather than a generic studio default. Getting that right mattered more than usual here, because with two different subjects filmed hours apart, any inconsistency in the light or the sound between sessions would show immediately once the footage sat side by side.
Running the day itself came down to a lean, focused team: an onsite producer managing schedule, turnover, and the client relationship in the room, and two DoPs handling the camera and lighting work across both sessions. With only one day and two distinct interview blocks, morning and afternoon, the turnaround between subjects had to be fast and clean, the same studio, the same lighting setup, reset and ready for a completely different person to sit down and deliver a confident, camera-ready interview with no visible seam between the two halves of the day.
What made this one work wasn't a large footprint, it was precision. Three people, one studio, two interviews, and a setup built once and held steady all day, so Avalere Health walked away with two KOL interviews that look and feel like they belong together, filmed efficiently within a single production day.
