Insights
Biorce needed one videographer to join their commercial team at a conference in Orlando and capture the full arc of the event: the setup before the opening, the opening itself, and everything happening across the day, repeated over two days on-site, with the second day running longer than the first. It was a film-only assignment, since Biorce had their own editor ready to take the footage from there.
We placed a single videographer directly with Biorce's commercial team for the full two days, staying close to the action to capture the event as it actually unfolded, from the quiet setup hours before doors opened through to the day's full run of activities. Working embedded with the client's own team meant our videographer could follow their lead on priorities in real time, making sure the footage matched what Biorce actually needed to tell the story of the conference once it reached their editor.
It's a straightforward brief on paper, one person, one conference, film only, but delivering it well comes down to being genuinely present for the whole shape of the day rather than just hitting the marquee moments. That's what let Biorce walk away with a complete, usable set of footage covering their conference from open to close, across both days, ready to hand straight to their own edit.
