Client: International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD)
Location: Antalya, Türkiye
Duration: 2 days (25-26 June 2026)
Format: Video and event photography for the Budapest Process Thematic Working Group meeting
Deliverables: A 3-5 minute highlight video, 3-4 interview snippets, and event photography, matched to the format established in Sofia in October 2025
Carrying an established format across borders
Not long after covering ICMPD's high-level meeting in Skopje, we were back working with them again, this time for the Budapest Process Thematic Working Group meeting in Antalya, run across two full days rather than one. What stood out about this request wasn't just the new location, it was that ICMPD came back asking for something specific: the same format we'd delivered for them in Sofia back in October 2025, a 3-5 minute highlight video paired with 3-4 interview snippets and full event photography.
That kind of ask is its own kind of trust. It meant ICMPD had a format they knew worked, one that had already proven itself across at least two prior meetings, and wanted it carried forward consistently rather than reinvented each time. We built the Antalya coverage around exactly that: a videographer running camera, gimbal, and audio across the two-day meeting, and a photographer capturing the event documentary-style, both working toward the same finished shape ICMPD had come to rely on.
Consistency across international meetings
What's emerging across Sofia, Skopje, and now Antalya is less a series of one-off shoots and more a running visual language for ICMPD's international meetings, one that travels with the organization from country to country while staying recognizably consistent. That consistency is the real deliverable: no matter where the next Working Group meeting happens, ICMPD knows exactly what they're going to get.
