Insights
When Zoho's ManageEngine team came to us, there were only two days left before the shoot needed to happen, a customer case study in Vienna, built around interviews and B-roll in the style of an existing sample piece they wanted matched. Turnarounds that tight usually mean compromise somewhere, but having a trusted local crew already in Vienna meant we could deploy fast without cutting corners on the setup itself.
We put together a two-camera crew on the ground quickly, along with a producer to coordinate the day, working from a questionnaire ManageEngine provided to guide the interviews. The format itself made for a naturally smooth collaboration: it was ManageEngine's own representative asking the questions, interviewing their client's customer directly, which meant the content and the direction of the conversation stayed entirely in the hands of the people who knew the product and the relationship best. That let our crew focus fully on what we do, clean interview coverage paired with B-roll built to match the reference style, rather than trying to shape content we weren't positioned to own.
That division of labor is often the best version of this kind of job. With the client driving the questions and the story, and the crew driving the camera, audio, and visual execution, a two-day-notice shoot in Vienna came together as a polished customer case study, delivered on the date the client needed, without the rushed turnaround showing in the final result.
