Project details
Client: Bobby Jones Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation
Location: Göttingen, Germany
Duration: 2 days (18-19 June 2026)
Format: Keynote filming, scientific lecture series, single speakers with slides
Hours: 9am-5pm both days
Crew: 1 person, handling the entire shoot solo
Solo coverage across two full days
The Bobby Jones Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation needed a scientific lecture series filmed in full, back-to-back speakers presenting with slides in a lecture hall, running a complete 9am-5pm day, twice in a row. It's the kind of brief that sounds contained on paper, one location, one format, but running it solo across two full working days is a genuine test of endurance and consistency.
One person handled the entire shoot: camera, framing, and keeping pace with every speaker transition and slide change across two straight eight-hour days, with no second operator to share the load or cover a gap. That meant staying sharp and consistent from the first speaker of day one through the last of day two, matching the same quality and attention to every presenter regardless of how many had already come before.
Reliability from first speaker to last
Solo coverage on a job this long isn't just about capability, it's about reliability, someone who can hold focus and deliver clean footage speaker after speaker without the quality drifting as the hours add up. That's exactly what carried this project through two full days in Göttingen, a single operator covering an entire scientific lecture series start to finish, on their own.
