The Challenge

HIPTHER runs a circuit of B2B industry summits across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics, covering fintech, iGaming, AI, and compliance. Each event needs a polished highlight video with the same energy and production value, city after city. The problem with a multi-city series is consistency: five cities means five local crews, five venues, and five sets of variables that can quietly erode quality or make one event look like it belongs to a different brand than the last.

Flying one crew to every stop wasn't practical given the schedule density, so the model had to work with local talent in each market while still producing a highlight reel that feels like it came from the same production house every time.

The Solution

Every HIPTHER stop runs through the same production pipeline, regardless of who's holding the camera on the ground.

Each local vendor receives a storyboard and briefing before the event, so shot lists, pacing, and coverage priorities are locked before anyone arrives on site. Location scouting happens ahead of the event, mapping stage layouts, lighting conditions, and key vantage points rather than discovering them live. Every crew shoots on the same Sony FX3 and gimbal combination, keeping the look and movement consistent no matter which city or operator is behind it. A tight client and vendor communication loop keeps expectations aligned in real time, not resolved after footage is already in the can.

The final piece is centralizing post. Every city's footage goes through the same in-house editor, so pacing, graphics, and tone stay consistent across the series even though the footage itself was captured by five different crews on five different stages.

The Result

Five event highlight videos delivered across Vilnius, Prague, Warsaw, Riga, and Tallinn, each recognizably part of the same HIPTHER series despite being shot independently. The model has scaled with HIPTHER's calendar. This October, the same pipeline runs again for the Warsaw summit, the sixth stop in the series.

The takeaway: a standardized gear package, pre-briefed local vendors, and one centralized edit are what let a multi-city, multi-crew production stay consistent, without needing to fly the same two people to every country on the calendar.
