WRAP needed a panel discussion with five to six panelists live-streamed in Paris, a brief that sounded simple on paper, one camera would probably cover it, but the real work was in what surrounded that single camera. A live stream lives or dies on its audio, and a room full of panelists talking across each other needed a proper audio solution, not just a camera pointed at a table.

We built out a full broadcast setup around a single camera: dedicated mics to capture each panelist cleanly, and a live audio solution running alongside the stream itself, so the panel came through clear and balanced regardless of who was speaking. That meant converting an ordinary conference room into something closer to a functioning broadcast studio for the half day, with the technical backbone of a proper live production even though the visual setup stayed lean with one camera.

Keeping the camera setup simple was a deliberate choice, not a limitation. For a panel discussion, what an audience needs most is to hear every voice clearly and follow the conversation without friction, and putting the real investment into audio and live production stability delivered exactly that. In half a day, a standard conference room became a live broadcast studio, and WRAP's panel reached its audience clean, clear, and live.
